The mandate of the Ministry is to initiate and guide the formulation and implementation of policies for the sector. In this regard, it is involved in the coordination of activities aimed at achieving the objectives of government, provision of leadership in our relationship with the international community and assurance of value for money through monitoring and evaluation.
