The retired Permanent Secretary, MPR. Amb. Nicholas Agbo Ella has today, 16th April, 2025 handed over the Handing Over Documents to the Director of Planning, Research and Statistics; Mr. Usman Abdulkadir.
Speaking during the brief handing over ceremony, that took place in the Ministry’s Board Room, 9th Floor, Block D, NNPC Towers, Abuja; the retired Permanent once again thanked the Management and Staff of the Ministry for the cooperation, support and good working relationship he enjoyed during his tenure.
The Director Overseeing the office of the Permanent Secretary (DOOPs) Mr. Usman Abdulkadir described Amb. Nicholas Agbo Ella as a role model and promised to sustain his legacies.
The handing over ceremony was attended by some Directors and Heads of Units in the Ministry.
Before his departure, the retired Permanent Secretary paid thank you visits to the Honourable Minister of State Petroleum Resources (Oil) Sen.Heineken Lokpobiri Ph.d and Honourable Minister of State Petroleum Resources (Gas) Rt. Hon. Ekperikpe Ekpo in their respective offices.
