Mr Ijegalu Walter Anibueze is a native of Amozalla Village Egede in Udi LGA of Enugu State. He attended Enugu State University of Science & Technology, Enugu State in 1998 where he bagged a BSc & Scholarship for Masters in Economics in 2003.
Before joining the Federal Civil Service on 17th January 2000, he worked with FCW Associate Nigeria Limited as a Planning and Marketing Manager from 1997-1998 and further worked as a class teacher in Queens Secondary School Enugu and Madona Sec. School Umuhuali from 1999 to 2000.
In the course of his career, he served as an Admin Officer at PTF from 2000 to 2003, Ministry of Water Resources from 2003 to 2009, Ministry of Power in 2009, Federal Civil Service Commission between 2009 and 2017, Ministry of Transportation as the Assistant Director (Training) in 2017, Office of the Head of Civil Service of the Federation as a Deputy Director (Compro) from 2018 to 2022 before his redeployment to Ministry of Petroleum Resources as a Deputy Director (Gas) from 2022 to 2023 and presently he is the Deputy Director of Health Safety Security and Environment Unit. His hobbies are Reading, Writing and Listening to music. He is happily married with children.
