Barr. Kate Olufumilayo Olusuyi (Mrs) is the Legal Adviser, Ministry of Petroleum Resources. She had her first Degree from University of Abuja where she obtained LLB (Degree in Law). She then proceeded to Nigerian Law School for BL (Bachelor of Law) and was called to Nigerian Bar as a Solicitor and Advocate of Supreme Court of Nigeria. She proceeded for her Masters Degree in Law at the Nasarawa State University Keffi where she obtained her LLM in Law of Enforcement and Administration.
She started her career in civil service in the office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation before her employment to the Federal Ministry of Justice as a State Counsel. She served in various Departments of the Federal Ministry of Justice to wit; Civil Litigation Department, Department of Public Prosecution (DPP), Solicitors Department, and served as the Deputy Registrar with the Census Tribunal A.
She was subsequently deployed to serve as an Assistant Legal Adviser to wit; Federal Ministry of Housing, Federal Ministry of Information, Federal Ministry of Education. She was further deployed to serve as Legal Adviser to Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria and currently the Legal Adviser Ministry of Petroleum Resources
