The Procurement Department has two sections namely; Capital and Recurrent, responsible for the procurement of goods, works and services to the Ministry.
Activities/Functions of the Procurement Department
- Procurement of goods works and services to the Ministry.
- Ensure that project comply with the Public Procurement Act, 2007 in the implementation of the Ministry’s budget as it affects the award of contract.
